Taking inspiration from plants that can be used to create natural dyes, this elegant embroidery design of the indigo plant is inspired by the tinctorial plants that can be used to create natural dyes, and features five different embroidery stitches.

Eco Vita, a 100% organic, non–mulesed crewel wool embroidery thread, gets its rich colour palette entirely from natural dyes, using infusions of completely natural ingredients such as walnut, rhubarb, indigo and juniper. Crewel wool thread is used as a single strand, and cannot be divided. It is approximately the same thickness as three strands of Mouliné Spécial. Its fluffy quality adds softness, texture and a three-dimensional quality to needlework.

The kit includes everything you need to immerse yourself in a relaxing embroidery experience using an environmentally sustainable thread.
